New lathe chuck on the new roll out wheel,and it doesn’t spin true.Spin the chuck half turn and it’s a half a bubble out on the level. For the price I thought it would run true.

If there is a problem on our end we will do whatever it takes to get you going. If it is an assembly issue we will get on a video call and walk you through it step by step.
